What is a credit and how does it work? Credits are the Blue Chip Expert currency that gives you access to your applicants full contact details and resumes. Its free to search and free to view applicant profiles, you only pay for the contact details and resumes of the applicants you want to meet. It costs 1 credit for 1 applicant's contact information and resume.

Top How long are my credits valid? Credits are valid for two years, any credits not used within 2 years of the purchase date will expire. We will contact you before your credits expire to notify you that they are about to expire.
Top What method of payment do you accept? All transactions are done through PayPal which accepts all major credit cards, and our prices are in US dollars. Click Pricing Details to purchase credits.
Top Where do I find my receipt? Purchase receipts are stored in your account under My Purchases. Click on the 'My Account' tab at the top of the site. All of your purchases will be listed in the “Description” column of the Purchases table. Click the "purchase" link to view the full receipt details.
Top Can I get a refund if I don’t use all my credits? Credits not used cannot be refunded, however credits do not expire for 2 years giving you enough time to use your remaining credits.
Top How do I use my credits? If you have credits available, simply click the checkbox of the profile that you would like to contact and press the 'Get Contact Info' button. Your account will be deducted 1 credit for 1 applicant's contact information and resume.
Top Is there a time limit on viewing a profile? There is no time limit set on viewing profiles, once you have purchased a profile you will have access to view that profile until you close your account with Blue Chip Expert.
